Skype on PSP

I have a PSP, but In ever used Skype before. I wanted to use it on my PSP so I could talk to my friends. I don't understand how to add contacts on the PSP. Since there is nothing that sasi add contact

Just go to contacts list and hit "Add Contact". I know because i did it before.
