Skype for iPod 3G, heeelllppp

I used to have a downgraded version of Skype, for ios 4.2.1, but I had to reset my iPod, and cannot re-download.
I currently have iOs 4.2.1, still. Also, I do not have a computer to do all amazing stuff and get a downgraded version again; nor the ability to upgrade my iOs. But is there any way I can re-download Skype through this iPod?

I found an alternative app called, "imo". One of it's features is Skype.
