Re: Skype for PlayBook 2.0

Still, that's no reason for Gates/Skype not to make a few a few bucks from other tablet users.

Hello Skype, you are loosing business by totally ignoring these requests from us playbook users. Dates, we want the release date.

There is Brosix on the pb. It is a port of the Android version but it can fit the bill.

Re: Skype for PlayBook 2.0

Love my playbook. What is the real reason Skype won't make a pb app?

I am seriously looking for a Skype replacement I can tell all my friends and colleagues about. That's where we are all heading! Wake up Skype development team. You know how it is in life, you snooze, you lose!

Viber ?  It's up and coming and voicecalls are on the way for BlackBerry. Follow ViberSupport on Twitter or check out http://www.viber.com/products/blackberry/  . One major difference between Viber and Skype is that Viber are happy to talk to people and not hide behind a wall of silence like Skype.

http://www.yourlawyer.com/topics/overview/Iphone-Skype-Att-Lawsuit    can the same be applied to the appallling way BlackBerry users have been treated by Skype ? They are hiding something hence the silence.

Try e-phone. It has the same functionality as Skype.
