I recently purchased the HP TouchPad and I have been receiving random calls. I have hooked up my phone via bluetooth but whenever I get these calls, I look at my phone and they aren't coming through my phone. They come in even when I don't have bluetooth on, on either of my devices.
I'm thinking this is a Skype issue because if I logout of messenger (put myself as "offline" then discard the card) I don't get any calls AT ALL.
It is just annoying because today I used it for an hour or so total and had it hooked up to the charger all day. When I finally went to see what notifications I had on it, it showed that I had 2 missed calls from "ati.call 01" or something like that. I mean, only once have I ever received a call on this and it be a recognizable call from Skype "Notifications" or whatever. I mean I always ignore all calls I get but I just want it to stop.
Someone please help me!
P.S. I do have the latest version of the TouchPad.
I have this issue too; random calls from unknown sources. It only happens on my Touchpad, not when I'm on my PC. I'm thinking it has to do with different privacy settings or lack thereof. I've been reading that other people are getting random calls on the android versions too -- which seems to be related to the privacy settings.
Sure hope someone at Skype knows about Touchpad webOS!
