Iam having difficaulty opening Skype on my blackberry 9360, keeps saying "skype can only be used with a Telkomsel SIM"

Same. If you don't have that service provider it's basically impossible to get the official skype. I've heard there are a few 3rd party programs that allow you to use Skype IM, but I haven't found any that work yet.
