DualPhone: "system busy" or "Skype-line is busy" error messages

My skype phone is not working anymore, despite a subscription for unlimited calls in Europe. It says: "system busy" when dialing a land-line (skype-out), or "skype-line is busy" after restarting the phone. However I can receive calls without problems. This happened after our subscription for unlimited calls in Europe ended and we renewed it a few days later (coincidence?). The subscription is not active, but the error message still appears...I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Many thanks.

Im having the same problem although all my subscriptions are up to date. I cant make a call using Sykpe Out for 2 days now.

Did you manage to fix the problem you were having?
