Whenever i try to call a phone/mobile through skype it takes me around 10-20 tries before one call connects. There is just silence on the line. No ringing. I am using skype in UAE and it can only connect through the 3G service provided by the cell operator which is etisalat. Skype is otherwise banned here. Is this a network issue or a skype issue? Pls help. I use Nokia N8.
