skype number prefix

Hi does anyone know how I can get a prefix beginning 01772, the reason being that I recently read an article in a prison magazine that enabled prisoners to get cheap phone calls if I was to buy a Skype number with a prefix the same as the town in which the prisoner is at x so for example if the prisoner is in leyland he can ring my number if I get a 01772 prefix and get charged a local rate but I can't find anywhere that I can purchase a telephone number xx please please help xx

The Online # "pool" is determined by the telco authority responsible for issuing #s to Skype in any specific area. Thus, the prefix you require may or may not be available at any given time. The decision on which #s are made available is, therefore, not Skype's.
