Online number not reactivating

Hi

I got an email from Skype saying that I needed to renew my payment to keep my online number, which I did on 23 Nov 2011.  However, when I access my account now, it is still not showing.

 

I have the email saying that I have paid the $60 and the order number.  I was able to find in my account that my online number is set up to be shown as my caller ID, but when I try to call it it does not forward to my skype.

 

Any ideas?
