Tried downloading from skype and saved to system same states not for the system download from window store I go thru the store and it start the down load then stops purchase can not finish I check all five items as stated no blocks on the system

Do you have any security software installed on the computer?
Did a Free-trial antivirus come preinstalled on the computer when you bought it?
Do you have Hamachi LogMeIn installed?
What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?
