Video problems

I set my skype up on windows 8 but cannot get my video to work.  I have tried everything with settings & permission but all the video shows all the time is a green screen. I can hear & see everyone, and they can hear me but all they see is a green screen, any suggestions?

What is the exact error message?

 

You can also try to open the Store apps from the start screen.

 

Press WinKey + Q then select Store.

Please update to Version 1.3.0.112

 

Press WinKey + R to open the Run window

WinKey (the button is located between the left Ctrl and Alt with the Windows logo)

type: ms-windows-store: and press Enter

Press WinKey + C >> Settings >> App Updates >> Click Check for Updates.

Install / Update  Skype.

Tried that & it keeps saying windows cannot find web site for ms-windows-store

I tried winkey+Q went to store and reinstalled skype. I then went to settings to check the video and I now have a picture, it is no longer a green screen, that really worked.  Thank you so much for your help.
