How to change Skype account on windows 8 laptop

I got Windows 8 Laptop. I put one skypeaccount in but I use a different one now. My skype on my laptop only lets me log in with my Microsoft account so it goes to my old account each time. How do I change this?

Re: How to change Skype account on windows 8 laptop

Try Below:

Switch to a local account.

Win + C >> Settings >> Change PC settings >> Users >> Switch to a local account.

Sign Out Skype.

Run Skype >> Win + C >> Settings >> Options >> sign out.

Re: How to change Skype account on windows 8 laptop

I tried following your guide, but it does not look similar on my pc. Neither am I able to find the checkbox to change the account type to local.

This is what mine looks like. As you can see, there is no user panel.
