using skype to make a phone conference

Hi all

I stay in Indonesia.  In the last three years, I went to US to complete my doctoral study.

Next week, I am scheduled to defense my dissertation.  There are two professors in US who involved in this moment. The program assistant director told me that the defense will be held in a phone conference.

If they used skype, the conference will be held easily.  Now, the problem is how to use my skype to make a phone conference.  I use my skype to call the professors who using the phones, however, we can talk each other.

Please let me know how to solve it.  Thanks
