How do i contact Skype accounts department we have set up a 10 doller a month payment and only us abount 6 dollers but skype have taken about 100 dollers from my acount over the last 2 months
You can log onto your account at https://secure.skype.com/ and view your charge history there. You may have auto charge enabled and somehow the minutes are being consumed. You may have even signed up for a subscription or two and forgot to cancel. Any billing issues in general would have to be discussed with Skype customer service.
