I returned to my Mac to find between 1.45pm and 5pm 32 international mobile calls have been made, seemingly, inside two group chats that I had not known of.
Why is there nowhere on this website to report and rectify such security issues and possible fraud?
I find your reply demeaning and not the least bit insightful. Making sure privacy settings are set to "contacts only" means nothing and in no way addresses the issue. Even if privacy settings are changed it does not help what HAS happened though MIGHT help what could happen in the future.
The issue is fraudulent calls on one's account. Has your credit card information been breached? Has my identity been stolen and now I must cancel ALL my cards and follow through with procedures of identity theft? Is there a way to trace the people who are defrauding the clients of Skype?
Since Skype has NO customer service number, is Skype concerned with its clients?
Can someone actually address the situation of fraudulent calls and fraudulent billing?
Has anyone received a response from Skype regarding this issue?
