Problems with Skype version 5.7.0.1037

I have a Skype version 5.7.0.1037 

My friend has invisible status, when she writes me I can see her instant message on the screen but nothing in the History. And if I write her back I can not see my own text. 

Every time I download a new version I am getting more upset about Skype it is getting more complicated and less efficient!

Skype Team, can u do something about this?

haha try the new version 1130 maybe there's even more bugs for you hahaha

i didn't have the 1037 version, and never had this problem, so should be fine in the new one?
