I have Skype 5.5 for Mac and menu bar does not appear so others whom I call via video cannot see me although I can see them. For example, when video chatting with my husband, we could see him but he could not see us. This was true also BEFORE I used Skype 5.5. There is no menu bar so how can I attempt to have others see me on video? This is NOT a problem with their webcam but with the fact that no menu bar appears so I cannot click a video option. HELP PLEASE ASAP. Thank you.
