I can't unblock a contact! [ Edited ]

To whom this may concern

My friend's account is some how blocked on my account. I clicked unblock and it still remains blocked. I clicked on it multiple times, and it doesn't change it. I logged out went back on, and it still has that problem. Can someone tell me what I need to do, please?

Did you try to unblock your friend from Skype Preferences >>> Privacy >>> "Manage Blocked Users..." button ?

I blocked a contact by mistake and now can't unblock it. I have used tool/option method and it is not working.

Hi,

As there is no tool/option in Skype for Mac OS X (but preferences), are you sure you do not post on the wrong forum ?

Btw, on both systems (Windows and Mac OS) you need to firstly select a blocked contact.
Else, unblocking feature will remain unavailable of course !

To unblock the skype contect plz follow these step

1_ Click on SKYPE option on menu bar
2_ Click on PRIVACY option
3_ Click on BLOCK CONTECT option
4_ Select the block contect name which you want to unblock
5_ Click on UNBLOCK CONTECT option
6_ Save it.
