How can I get to the page where I can make calls? [ Edited ]

I log into Skype on a MAC. How do I get to the page where I can make calls. The log in page welcomes but then boxes to join and enter other stuff. No place to get started using skype. I use firefox and safari.

Skype calling is done from within the Skype application, not from a browser page.  You need to download and install the Skype application.  Click on Mac under Get Skype at the bottom of this forum page.

I cannot use the bottom forum and i have safari. How do i get this to work without the Letter S (Skype) under it
