I've recently purchased a generic webcam which is mac compatible so I'll be able to have skype chats also on my desktop machine. (Lion 10.7.3)
While apps like iChat/Facetime/PhotoBooth all show the webcam a USB Camera,
Skype 5.6.0.143 also shows it. however clicking on it simply gets a blank screen.
If it wasn't supported on older versions I wouldn't provide such feedback.
However for the test I've downloaded Skype 5.0.0.7994. and on that version it DOES work so something got broken during the way...
