Echo test

What was supposed to happen? I hear the voice tell me it will play back. Nothing plays back. Does this mean it doesn't work? if so, what am I supposed to do?

I use Mac OS 10.5.8 on a G5. New computer not happening anything soon.

It's taken me over 2 hours to sign up, find and download a version that would load, and find a New message button to post this.

The Echo test will record and playback you're own voice.  You have to talk when prompted to for your voice to be recorded so it can be played back.
