I've recieved two emails that I've had voicemails left on my account, but they do not show up in my user window.
I am a tiny non-profit that purchased skype as my voicemail service and can't get an answer back on why it won't work. I've posted and submitted that my issue was not resolved, and I have heard no answer back. I'm literally at the point where I've paid for a service that's doing more harm than good. I've recieved notification of two voicemails and I can't respond back to them.
