Contacts monitor as default Skype startup window

Is there any way to make Contacts Monitor window to appear when Skype starts instead of Skype window on OS X 10.7.4 (Skype 5.8.0.865)?

Thank you, I will give another try to seach the forum. My earlier searches for contacts monitor gave no expected results
