5.5 Screen Sharing

I just read the Skype Help Tutorial on How to share screen on Skype. - Must be for PC -  The article refers to further capabilities: "There are a lot of advanced features, such as sharing a specific place of the screen. In the coming lessons we will explain the advanced features in screen sharing on Skype."

I can't find a Mac equivalent to this article. I also would like to know how I can now share a specific part of the screen on the Mac (OS 10.7.3). Can anyone suggest what I'm missing or is that feature not (no longer?) available.

I still can´t chose a specifically part of may macbook to share. All it gives me is the option to share my entire screen. On the link above it only gives me the option to chose which monitor I wanna use in the sharing, but not to chose a portion of the used screen like it´s possible on the windows an linux version. Can you help me on this? Is this opition avalible on the mac? Thanks

No, the option to share part of your screen is not available in Mac 5.5 - I hope it will return in a future update.
