transferring my contacts from old computer to new one

Hi I'm in the process of transferring my data from old mac to my new i mac!

I just downloaded skype for this Mac OSX 7.5 but when I signed in it started a new 

account. My old account with my contacts doesn't show here. Is there anyway i can tranfer my contacts to here? Does anyone know?
