I am unable to connect on Skype. I using an older Mac and Skype has been working fine for some while. Now I may or may not be able to ring then get 'recording error' Have searched blog but upgrade not possible and audio settings seem correct which were suggested response for others with similar problem. I have tried to upgrade not realising that Mac Tiger operating system wouldnt handle upgrade but this was unsuccessful. Not clear that problem stems from this attempt. HELP!
Do you have some sort of audio recording software installed to record Skype calls? If so, it may be the problem is in that and the error is interfering with Skype itself.
I have an old Mac which has handle skype well. Now I can't make calls which are initiated but stop with recording error appearing. However, I can still use my Ipad to make calls on skype. Problem is that there is no video on the Pad.
