I have a Skype phone number and a subscription and have been using call forwarding for over a year, forwarding my Skype number to my landline. I was traveling the month of March and forwarded it successfully to my mobile phone. Upon returning home, I forwarded it back to my landline, but now it will not forward. It won't forward to my mobile phone either. I have the "forwarded unanswered calls after" set up for 3 seconds. I've tried it at different times (5 seconds, 1 second, 10 seconds). Nothing works. I don't know what the problem is.
1) I have an unlimited calling US/Canada subscription which includes call forwarding.
2) I have been using the international format for the calls (+1 in the US).
3) My privacy settings allow calls from "anyone" and I can receive calls to my skype number from "anyone."
The truly annoying thing is that when I look at my call forward history in my account, it says that the calls have been successfully forwarded. I can tell you that they have not. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thank you.
