Sound problems" I tried clicking on "any one of these" and I did not get the choice of "Continue Support Request"; nor did I ever see two buttons, one of which is "Start Chat". [For the recrd.,I have a Mac, I have the lates 5.xx version of Skype.]
Ok gentlemen (& ladies), I hve a solution...at lease it has worked for me...the first time by accident, but I tested it 3 more times. Two were with my own user name, the 3rd was without it...and so it does go directly to the needed screen.
Im not sure that means it will work for any of you, but it may. You may have to enter your own user name after the "=" sign at the end of the link.

That is so bloddy annoying though, that we have to become hackers to find out how to get help. I told the customer service to mention it to her superiors, but like some Siri robot, she glided over the comment.
