bad , bad connection, [ Edited ]

the latest week, i experienced , extemely bad, bad connecton , video is freezing , cannot see contactperson, sound falling out and mostly cannot hear contactperson...why has the skype become co extreme bad ,.. it has been okay before

I agree... connections have been VERY VERY BAD lately... video freezes- audio doesn't work... disconnects and/or says it is disconnected when it isn't... anymore when I use skype I get so frustrated it isn't worth using... think I will have to see what else is available

Generally, I don't expect much from SKYPE anyway. Isn't it sad when it is so common to say "Oh, I'm using SKYPE" to explain to your conversational partner why the connection is so bad? I've been paying for my subscription for years and am to the point that I'm considering cancelling it. The bad connection, be it a outbound call to a cell or landline has gotton WORSE. And still, there's no way to contact SKYPE. SUCKS bad.
