Hi, I keep getting the update message, and comes back telling me the version is not what was expected, to come to the web site to do it manually....
could someone direct me to where to go?
I have some problems with video freezing that my friends tell me is to do with not having the update?
I am not very knowledgeable with technology, nor am I a native English speaker though I live in London, so sometimes the understanding of what to do is easier if non technological terms are used
