Tiling of video on receiving end to a Mac

I have Windows 7, built in camera on HP computer. When talking with family who has a Mac, the video goes out after tiling a bit on their end and I have to turn the video off and on constantly during the call so the video feed keeps up. Problem on their end or mine?

Yikes I see a lot of problems with video on macs. Does Skype not take our concerns as I do not see many if any responses to these repetition of similar problems.
