I have followed all your instructions to set up a group video on a MAC.
When I start up the group video call, I can hear all members, but for all members it is without video !!
If I start a single video call to one of the members, the video call is without problem. I have tested single video call for all members with success...... Only group video is not working.
Please help me.
What's the problem with that?? Our group all paid for memberships, and one on one we are fine. Once a PC (paid skype) member joins the call some or all video shuts down.
All of us are updated equipment and software users, paid subscriptions, and want the PROMISED SERVICES!

All particpants in a group call should have the latest verion of Skype, 18.104.22.1680 for Mac, 22.214.171.124 for Windows.
For group video to work, at least one particpant must have a Premium subscription. Only Premium and or a Business subscription will work. Other types of paid subscriptions won't.
If all contacts to be involved are on the latest version of Skype, try starting the group video call all at once, rather than adding contacts one at a time. Select all contacts to be on the call on your Contacts list and then click Video Call. That may work better than adding contacts one at a time.
