Skype Freezes regularly for last couple of days

Since yesterday I have noticed that skype freezes when I switch back to the skype window.

I updated this morning to see if it fixed it but no luck.

When I start skype initially its fine.

But after a while the "timeout/freeze" is taking longer and longer.

Anyone else have this issue, and do you know whether its something I need to change on my mac?

Ok it looks like this is a memory leak problem!

Ive been watching the Skype process and it goes from like 100MB when its fine, to like 300MB when its showing this problem!

Anyone any ideas or have this same issue?

Yes definitly memory leak problem.

Today it reached 1.7 GB of used RAM before to crash.

Please solve this bug!!!!!!
