Send to Voice Mail has stopped working

I have been using voice mail without problems for months.  I recently updated the voice mail message and tested it on August 11.  No problems.

I just called the number today, and it does not forward to voice mail.  I tried updating to the latest version 5.5.0.114.  No difference.

I do not subscribe to call forwarding.

Options settings are the standard.  I have it send calls after 2 seconds.

I run a concert business, and this is very, very bad.

Yes exactly the same issue with my online number. All settings are correct but it just rings out without forwarding to voicemail

Did anyone ever get back to you to resolve this?
I'm in the same situation. I work from home and have lost a handful of jobs due to this.
I'm not happy at all. Just got the Skype line 2 or 3 weeks ago and realized last week that my voice mail wasn't working.

I"m wondering about a fix for this issue.  I just started having this same issue.  The settings in the client are all correct....but no voicemail when anyone calls in.

Me too. I see a voip that will allow you to use your land line number. I am going to give it a try.

We understand that you want to let your phone ring for 15 seconds before it goes to your voice messaging. We are glad to assist you with you concern.

The voicemail delay you are experiencing can currently only be resolved by editing one of your configuration files.

1. Quit Skype.
2. Open Finder and locate the following folder:
   ~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Skype/YourSkypeUsername/config.xml
3. Double click config.xml or select an editor (i.e. Text editor) to open the document.
4. In the document, enter the following between the lines <Call> and <Call>:
   <NoAnswerTimeout>XX</NoAnswerTimeout>
• If you cannot locate <Call> in the document, simply enter 
  <NoAnswerTimeout>XX</NoAnswerTimeout> after the second line.
5. Change the lapse time. To do this, replace the XX in the line you added with the number of seconds you would like a call to ring for before it goes through to your Voicemail.

The call will now ring for your chosen length of time before going to Voicemail.
