Redistributing Skype via Linux Distribution

Hello,

I would like to redistribute Skype in one of editions of my Linux distro, Leeenux Linux, www.leeenux-linux.com, for the upcomming v6. I would have Skype preinstalled. Is this allowed, and should I ask for someone's permission?
