How Can I Edit/Change My Contacts........

 I have just updated to skype 5.7.0.1035 for Mac. All the contacts in the address book on my computer were automatically imported.This is not particularly convenient but I don't have time to go through and delete them individually. Even worse:

As the numbers were imported the country code for Australia was added as a prefix to every number regardless of whether or not that was an Australian number.

How can I delete/change these inappropriate prefixes?

This does not work on my Mac. A right click when the blue bar comes up gives a menu like
paste
spelling and grammer
There is NO option to "edit".

I cannot figure out any way to change the telephone number I have listed for a contact. The one method described above does not work. If Skype does not allow numbers to be changed, please let me know so I won't keep trying to figure out how to do it.
