Downloaded latest update (5.7.0.1.0.3.7) and during video call, we can see and hear our contact but the can only hear us. They do see our profile picture. I've tried everything to get two way picture/audio but nothing works. Tell me how to attain two way audio and video. When I click the video button, no visible change at the other end.
