Instant messaging: Messages "Pending"

Hi, 

Since 1 week, the quality of my instant messaging is really bad.. The messages are almost always with the status "Pending", and my correspondent doesn't get them.

First i thought the last update was the cause but i downgraded and i have the same problem..

Anyone here has this kind of problem?

it also happens to me almost 3 to 4 times a day since 2 or 3 weeks....it never happened before.....

what's going on ???
