I have read the responses from other Skype users trying to test the 7 day free trial for group video. Like all the responses I too cannot get the group video to work even though I have followed all the directions provided by Skype. What do I have to do to trial this product before having to purchase Skype Premium. I am willing to purchase this additional option but I want to ensure it works prior to purchase !!! It sure needs to work better than it does now.
Is there a Skype contact I can call/ email to fix the problem?
