Download to Touch Pad

I currently have an account on my Mac. I am trying to download to my new touchpad with the same account but your website only gives me the option to download if I run off linux.
please tell me how to download the Skype icon to my new touchpad.

I also have an HP touchpad and get the same problem.....skype will not download it wants me to use the other device.....I see that Skype supposed to be compatible with the win OS system. How do I download skype on my touch pad.

You already have skype on your HP touchpad, it's the phone app.

make the call first, then click on the video camera.

This worked for me.
