Cant see incoming messages, or my conversation..

I have downloaded and am running latest version of Skype for Mac - now can't see any incoming messages, but can see people typing them, and hear when they arrive.. just can't see them.

I also cant see any message once I hit sned .. they disappear from my tying bar

Where's the on switch?

I have downloaded the newest softward for Mac and have the same exact problem.  Must be a glitch on Skypes part.  Please help us.

Have you been able to fix this issue yet because I cannot see my conversation either.  Any suggestions.  I have updated everything and tried deleting my history and still nothing.

I have the same issue. This only happens when i close a conversation window.

My "fix" is to start skype and never close/minimize the window. Just leave it on the background of the others.

It works.

I downloaded the past versionof Skype, it is now working normally, will update again when this issue is solved.

Same issue here. Cannot see the chat log at all.

I wouldn't really call downloading an old version of skype "fixing" the problem.

Skype needs to get on this. Thir mac service is atrocious. There are literally dozens of fourms like this one FULL of users complaining of the same issue.
