Thank You, I am sorry but for 6 months now with computer tech's telecommunication people I cannot solve my problem.  I Have The Latest Version Of skype, and the family I am calling also do, but we only talk to 2 - 3 minutes when the recipient get a white noise or squelching noise but video still works and we cannot hear each other, microphone works fine with test, and camera works fine with test. Have Completed Both Tests With Calls Back To Myself.  Do You Know What The Problem could be
