I am Lon and I am learning to become fluent in Spanish. I'm not great at it, but I'm not bad at it either. I am looking for someone or lots of someone's to practice with me. I practiced on skype once before a few years ago and it was one of my greatest experiences. Since then I have continued to stay up on my practice because I am the type person when I want something bad enough I will find ways to make it happen. I work at a business where I greet customer and also take orders, I am a cashier, and with that I have learned to get along with the customers well enough they feel comfortable to converse with me in Spanish, take their orders from me in Spanish all occasionally. They are also very patient with me. Also, I am not the type of person who will stress over something too much, but I like to have fun with it.
What I did the last time I practiced Spanish on Skype, I, for one, felt I'd become friends with a couple of my partners, I would schedule times when we would both be on at the same times and I have free-time during the day to practice for a little while 2 or 3 days out of the week and both assign something to practice on. I am good at organizing a plan if need be to where everything will be proportioned to go smoothly as expected. We can talk over some ideas when we meet.
I am serious about learning and want to have a good time with it. I will throw out there I am not easily offended, though I am also a person of boundaries and appropriated. If something seems out of line I will set attention to it and expect respect for that in return. I am a very respectable person and frankly I do not know each of you upon only conversing with one another over the internet and DO NOT and WILL NOT put up with being mistreated and disrespected in any way. I am forgiving up until the point it starts to go too far, then I will not tolerate it again and will be forced to have no more to do with you. If you are respectful yourself and for example do not use the excuse you did an intolerable thing and continue to do so and also continue to beg forgiveness but have very little control to do it again and again, is a very good example.
I am Lon and I am 27 years old. I am soon to be married, very soon, 2 weeks soon as a matter of fact : ) , and enjoy learning Spanish. I want to some day be a translator where I sit at a desk and translate documents all day, then also converse with the native speakers fluently for business purposes as well as personal purposes. I work a lot and go out with friends for coffee, dinner, movies, or just to hang. I am a very flamboyant type and love to cut up. I enjoy answering phones after work as a cashier at a business I call my home-business, where I grew up from high school into 2 year college where I got my Associates Degree in Music Education. I am planning one day to go back for business as well as music and language. I am a very hands-on, fast paced worker and can do multiple tasks at once. In my studies, I find, I am organized and well prepared and serious about getting the job well done. I am looking forward to meeting all types and hope to be your study partner one of these days.
