Use GE 31591 for additional handset? [ Edited ]

Hello.  I bought a GE 31591 phone+base station  package from Amazon for my parents and it works well.  They would like  a second handset.  Only Skype sells the additional handset, and it's almost the same price as for the phone+base combo at Amazon.

I should be able to buy a second 31591 package and use just the new handset with the existing base station, right?

Purchased GE 31591 with 1 additional handset, you have to register the 31590 handset, by following the instructions in the users guide it tells you how to go through the various procedures and get to the one that states "press the find key on the base unit for 3 seconds", however the handset at this point tells you to press the PAGE key for 3 seconds, my question is what or where is the page key?

Assuming that you tried the "OK" soft key and it didn't work, my best guess would be that "PAGE" might be referring to the "Int" (Intercom / left arrow) key.
