I got a freetalk connect from ebuynow which doesnt work with my BT phone. I contacted them and after several days they say there's a compatibility problem with the phone I have so wouldnt work. They gave me 2 options, a refund or another cable to be shipped which would be compatible with my BT phone. I opted for the cable, but I'm still waiting. The last reply received was on the 04th of April, no updates from ebuynow since. And worst they dont bother to reply to your queries. Atleast give me a refund.

Thanks, ebuy has done me a favour by waiving off the amount I paid for something that doesnt work with my phone. I received the cables with no instructions on it. I tried setting it up as I could but it doesnt work. Can ebuynow just accept it doesnt work with my phone else please find a solution to my problem. My problem is "my phone is still not being detected".
The instructions to set up your ATA with the BT RJ11 adapters were emailed out to you today.
If you need further support from eBuyNow, please reply to the email where those instructions were sent from and you will be promptly assisted.

The instructions do not make any sense. The existing cable from the wall(RJ11) to the phone(RJ45) is RJ11->RJ45.
The instructions ask me to put RJ45 into connector A(RJ11)?
In the original instructions black cable is used to connect from the phone(RJ45) to Connect me yellow socket(RJ45). But in the instructions you have sent me the black cable is attached from connect me grey socket and asking me to connect the other end to connector B and insert connector B(RJ11) to modem(RJ45).
Please can you provide clear instructions.
Your email to eBuyNow Support has been answered and you were supplied with amended instructions of how to connect the BT adapters to your FREETALK Connect.Me.
After another review of the instructions, we understand where things were not as clear as they should have been and thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

The instructions are still unclear but I've figured out how it should be connected as shown in the diagram and have set it up with skype now finally working on my landline.
"In Step 2, disconnect the cable connecting your phone to the wall socket at both ends. Add connector B to one end of this cable, and plug back into the wall socket. Attach the other end of the cable to the Connect•Me gray socket.". - The phone has a RJ45 socket, wall socket is RJ11 and the cable connecting phone to wall socket is RJ45 to RJ11. Connect Me Gray socket is RJ45, so one end of the cable(RJ45 end) goes into "Connect Me Gray socket" and the other end of the cable(RJ11) is supposed to go into Connector B(has a RJ45 socket), which is incorrect.
The correct instruction should be to use the black cable provided to connect from "Connect Me Gray socket" to connect B which goes in the wall phone socket.
The cable that goes from the phone to wall socket(RJ45->RJ11) should be used to connect from phone socket to "Connector A", which then goes into the "Connect Me Yellow socket".
Hope that helps.
As part of buying the phone adaptor, I was to receive 300 min free international calls from skype, but I cant see it on my account. Please can you look into this.
