Skype and Chatandvision partnership: what a terrible service, IMHO

I have had a terrible business experience with chatandvision. Skype advertises accessories that are sold by that company. I have ordered a headset on 07-09-2012 via Skype's website that was supposed to be fulfilled by that company.. The order has been fully processed and my credit card has already been charged. Nevertheless, the order status was never updated and the order was never shipped. It is been 17 days and I have contacted their customer service 3 times and I was never given a reasonable reply containing a justification for the delay and an estimated delivery date. I was counting on that headset for work. I would think that if Skype was to pick up a business partner to fulfill accessories orders, it should pick a partner that would have the same quality standards as it's. When I buy something advertised on Skype's web site, I am doing so because I trust Skype and based on past experiences I expect to be well served. This is just my business experience with chatandvision... I would not recommend it to any of my acquaintances.

I have already done that Jennifer. You answer was just as deceiving as your other customer support representatives(if they exist at all; if it is not a single person replying under different names). "Dear Arthur, Many thanks for contacting me. I am checking with our team on when we expect to be able to ship your item, and will update at the very earliest oppurtunity. Thanks again for continued patience, and we look forward to completing your order soon. Please look for my updates shortly. Regards, Jennifer Hart Chat and Vision Ltd." How is that supposed to help me? Is there an estimated delivery date?Has the order been shipped already? Thank me for my patience? Are you kidding? When I purchased the product I did not remember to see on the price tag: 35 dollars + 100 hours of patience. If I did I would not buy it...it would be too expensive. Not only I am spending my time trying to get what I paid for as it is impacting my work because I needed the headset for work. I have been calling your customer support telephone number +44 0870 295 9128 for 3 days. Today I spent 20 minutes of my time waiting for someone to pick up my call. Nobody ever did. I have now 6 customer case numbers:LTK1213301502415X,LTK52609084373X, LTK121330764881X, LTK1213301007248X,LTK1213301483362X LTK1213301502325X. Will I have to wait till we have 10 customer case numbers? Will I have to call my credit card company and ask them investigate the transaction and to tag your your company as a potential fraudulent/scam online store? I suppose that once they realize that there have been other complains they'll eventually take the proper measures to prevent the customers from making transactions with your e-commerce. Seriously, this is ridiculous!! Microsoft/Skype should be sued for this. Now it is not a matter of losing reputation, but a matter of liability as well. I REPEAT. SKYPE USERS, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHATANDVISION. THAT IS MY RECOMMENDATION. ALSO, CONSIDER TWICE BEFORE BUYING SKYPE PRODUCTS, BECAUSE CHATANDVISION IS A SKYPE BUSINESS PARTNER(CERTIFIED GLOBAL MERCHANT) AND YET STILL IT NEGLECTS THE DOZENS OF THREADS ON ITS USERS COMMUNITY CREATED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT CHATANDVISION SERVICES. IT TAKES YEARS TO BUILD A REPUTATION AND ONLY A COUPLE DAYS TO LOSE/DESTROY IT.

nothing has changed since last year.

have the same experience with Skype and ChatandVision,

I´m still waiting for my phone from repair since October last year,

I agree the service from ChatandVision is shocking, my order was processed and paid for on 21 September 2012. I logged a query with ChatandVision Customer Care (CC) on 28 November 2012 to track my delivery. I received confirmation from CC that they would look into the matter and get back to me, but no one came back to me! I then again reached out to CC on 5 December 2012, still nothing. It is now March 2013 and I have yet to have a response from ChatandVision.

This feels like fraud
