My RTX phone only will dial US numbers. Any time I try to dial a number to another country, it just keeps adding a +1. I have cleared out the settings for distance prefix, region, country code and area code. The landline country is set to Australia, but I do not have a landline connected to the phone.
Any suggestions?

Bumping up. Basically what the phone seems to do is always dial the local number using built-in international dialing rules. For example, I'm located in Russia (country code is +7), and whenever the phone dials the number in the following format: +7 AAA BBB CC DD, it sends the following DTMF: 8 10 7 AAA BB CC DD (i.e. tries to route the local call as an international one, using Russia-specific rules — "8"-"10"-...).
Changing the country/city prefix in the phone settings seem to have no effect at all.
The phone also doesn't allow to save any phone which is not compatible with Skype (i.e. in a local format, without the leading + sign), which makes the landline feature semi-useless (semi, because you can still answer incoming landline calls just fine).
I hope someone from the RTX support can repond here, since this seems to be a major bug with the current firmware (0141).

I had the same problem.
For international calls, you should dial always with +(Country Code)(Area Code)(Phone).
The "+" is made pressing the 0 for about 2 seconds.
Regards,
