My Philips VOIP8411B has not updated the Skype credit figure on the phone display two weeks after buying the credit. The credit shows up on the Skype screen on the PC OK. I have logged the phone out of Skype and logged it back in, with no effect. My only other option is to reset the phone to Factory Settings, which I would rather not try. Will the phone be able to call when the credit displayed goes down to zero? At present the credit level on the PC and the phone go down at the same time, but the PC shows a figure about £9 higher than the phone.
