Lately my GE 31591 Skype Phone will not ring even though it is on and we have just used it to call out and have received calls to it. This happens sporadically and even though it does not ring the call goes to voice mail and records the message. All we get is the little "you missed a call" message on the screen. We also get the email that tells us that we missed a call.
It seems like the calls will ring okay when the PC is on but if not we never know if someone tried to call or not until the little message shows. Like I said, this occurs sporadically so there seems to be no pattern that we can work around.
I looked at some of the other messages about settings in the Skype account and have all settings coordinated to allow anyone to call in to my online number. I have had the number for more that a year so it is not a new setup. I have been using Skype on my PC for several years.
Please help if you can.
