Freetalk ConnectME Web UI error

I am trying to set up FreeTalk ConnectME on my windows XP. When I double clikc the Icon Freetalk ConnectMe Web UI icon I am receiving an error message: " [invalid URL] Application not found".

Could someone kindly share with me how to resolve this? In advance thank you. R

1) try disconnecting from AC (unplug) & reconnecting  and/ or

2) Try uninstalling and reinstalling driver in device manager
